U-PICK HOURS AND INFO

2019 U-PICK UPDATE: We will be open starting mid July!  Thanks for your patience.  We have  overhauled our fields to make them better for the long term.  Eventually we will offer expanded picking in two locations on the farm.  Hope to see you soon.  Pray for a little sun, a little rain, and big bodacious bountiful beautiful blueberries.

The season usually runs MID JULY TO LATE AUGUST.

Our u-pick field is about 1 acre.  We will soon be opening u-pick at a second location on the farm, offering a one-of-a-kind “choose your own adventure” u-pick experience!

Our berries represent the true spirit of organic and that means NO SYNTHETIC FERTILIZERS, SPRAYS OR CHEMICALS, NO PESTICIDES, NO HERBICIDES, NO FUNGICIDES.

Come pick fruit in the most relaxed of atmospheres, surrounded by natural beauty of Vermont’s northern woodlands and Green Mountains.

 

DIRECTIONS TO THE U-PICK

FROM JEFFERSONVILLE OR POINTS WEST:

Travel about 8 miles from Jeffersonville and when the speed limit drops from 50mph to 35mph, you are almost there.  Pass the Forget-Me-Not shop on the left, and Deep Root Organic on the right.  Look for the Waterman Orchards farm sign on the left, coming around a bend.  The driveway is directly across from the Laraway School.   Our address is 242 Vermont Route 15 West, Johnson.

FROM MORRISVILLE OR POINTS EAST:

Travel about 7 miles from Morrisville and through the village of Johnson.  Pass the Shell gas station and Blue Spruce Realty on your left.  Look for the Waterman Orchards farm sign on the right, coming around a bend.  The driveway is directly across from the Laraway School.

Follow the driveway and the blueberry signs in about ¼ mile to the U-pick field.
